Travel and Expense System Training
Project Background
When the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) transitioned to a new travel and expense reporting system, employees needed clear guidance to navigate the change confidently. The challenge wasn’t just explaining the new tool—it was reducing anxiety around a process that directly impacts every employee’s reimbursements and compliance.
I led everything from visual design to course build. I created an animated course cover in After Effects to set a welcoming tone, screen-recorded step-by-step system demos in Camtasia to walk users through key processes, and designed custom graphics throughout to reinforce concepts and clarify workflows. The full course was built in Articulate Rise with a clean, learner-friendly structure that made the transition feel manageable rather than overwhelming.
