Information Classification Training
Project Background
When the Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) rolled out a new information classification system, employees needed training that went beyond policy memorization—they needed to understand how to apply classification rules in real-world scenarios. As mandatory compliance training, the course had to be engaging enough to hold attention while ensuring employees could confidently identify, classify, and protect sensitive data in their daily work.
I designed and prototyped the full interactive eLearning course from the ground up in Articulate Storyline. Rather than creating a linear click-through, I built scenario-based interactions that simulated real-world challenges employees would face in virtual meeting environments and data handling situations. I also developed a custom progress-tracking menu to enhance navigation and give learners a clear sense of completion. All visuals were sourced and edited, custom graphics were created, and professional narration was selected to align with the course’s serious but approachable tone.
