Call Center Training Visual Design & Animation
Project Background
The Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) needed to refresh their call center new hire training to make it more visually engaging and approachable for incoming agents. While the content updates were handled by the instructional design team, I led the visual transformation—creating a cohesive design system that would make 20 training modules feel welcoming, modern, and on-brand.
I designed and animated 20 unique cover images featuring playful call center agent characters, each with distinct personalities, colors, and animated details (like steaming coffee cups and bouncing accessories). Working in Illustrator and After Effects, I created these animated GIFs to serve as eye-catching module covers while also developing supporting graphics throughout the courses. The goal was to transform what could feel like dry operational training into something that felt energetic and human—helping new hires feel excited about their training rather than overwhelmed by it.
