NMLS Resource Center Promo Video
Project Background
The Conference of State Bank Supervisors (CSBS) was rolling out a major redesign of the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) Resource Center—transitioning from a clunky PDF-based system with multiple scattered/broken links to a streamlined platform with always up-to-date resources. With significant changes coming, stakeholders needed advance notice and a clear preview of what to expect. The challenge was generating excitement and buy-in before launch, rather than surprising users with an unfamiliar interface.
I created a promotional video showcasing clean UI mockups that gave viewers a tangible preview of the new experience. Working with subject matter experts on the script, I took full ownership of visual and audio direction—selecting music, controlling pacing, and designing animations that balanced clarity with energy. The result was a polished video that prepared stakeholders for the transition while building anticipation for launch.
